The Media.am portal is on Armenian media and for Armenian media. The goal of the portal is to assist journalists of various regions of Armenia to quickly and easily find the information they need in the Internet, to study updated relevant literature and regulation, recent research and publications on mass media and to get involved in a journalists' forum. The Media.am is a guide for Armenian journalists. Through the portal, they find information on professional development opportunities.

In the Students rubric of the portal students of journalism faculties of various universities post their first articles and radio materials.

To promote the radio information sector in the Internet, the Media.am carries out diverse online competitions intended for radiostations of various formats.

The portal contains a list of links on almost 1.400 Armenian sites. The list is regularly updated.
